What is Thought Leadership - Thought leadership is the selling of excellence. As Executives, we are driven by an internal compass to guide us into the light. Our journey might be one that treads on rocky terrains, navigates through turbulent waves, or explores new frontiers. We shine in three E's dimensions. Excellence in our own essence, Excellence outwardly towards the commune, and Excellence to transcend time & space. 

Our Story - In the years of my career, I have grown to be diligent and versatile. I started out as an unknown consultant and worked extremely hard, maybe a bit more off the scene than what people would expect. However, the growth is undeniably true. In the evolution of my career, I have developed my own path towards being a Thought Leader. I may not be the typical doctor, but I am a doctor of my own craft. I am an experienced and licensed professional who diagnoses business quality issues and tests systems/procedures. In my craft, I promote operational excellence, business continuity through process improvements, and transformative innovations. Continuously, cost can be reduced. Definitively, yields can be immediately felt. Infinitely, innovations carve out new market potentials. During an unexpected break in my career and challenges, I have deferred back to the Arts as an emotional outlet. After writing the poem, Water Lily Pond, I have come across a new vision. This vision is what puts me on this path today in the formation of CD Kinematics. I have just finished a CEO-accompanying book. 

Article Synopsis - This is a poetry collection, mostly ballads and lyrics. Ballad is a lost art, of which I like to revive. It is full of wonders as you journey into the otherworldly. It is rooted in reality, with verses capturing scenes from nature, folk-life, and seasonal customs. I hope it connects with you through relatable moments, teachings, or sharing new sights. Ballad is something that I return to when I feel lost or sad. It is literature that is contemplative and heartfelt! It is a different kind of cinema. I really hope it uplifts your mind, body, and soul.
